The Office of Consumer Protection (OCP) notifies the general public not to engage in any way or form with the following business entities – (i) Crowd-1 and, (ii) On-Passive. Their business modalities are in contravention to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA 2012) and Consumer Protection Rules and Regulations (CPRR 2015) and other extant business regulations.

Bhutanese promoters of Crowd1 and On Passive have been directed to discontinue their business operation with immediate effect. Hereafter any individual, group or entity found to be engaged in promoting these two businesses will be dealt as per existing consumer protection and business laws in the country.
