The Office is pleased to publish the study on E-commerce and Consumer Protection. The objective of the study was to understand the current situation of e-commerce operation in Bhutan, identify issues of ecommerce viz-a-viz consumer safety and what interventions can be made to enhance protection of consumers engaged in ecommerce.
